Do you come to me?
Yes. We are fully mobile across Northern Colorado and detail at your home or workplace. Park in a driveway, garage or parking space and we work around the vehicle.
Do you need my water and power?
No. We bring our own water and power, so nothing is required from you. If a spigot or outlet is available we are happy to use it.
How long does a detail take?
A basic package runs about two hours. Standard and premium packages take three to six hours depending on the size and condition of the vehicle.
Is the price on the site final?
Listed prices are the starting point for that package. Heavy pet hair, sand, spills or oversized vehicles add time, and we confirm the final number with you before we start.
What do I pay up front?
A 20% deposit holds your slot and comes off the total. The balance is due on the invoice once the work is finished.
Can I reschedule?
Yes, at no cost, and the deposit moves with you. Cancel inside 48 hours of the appointment and the deposit is kept.
Is there a travel fee?
Yes, $20 to $50 once per visit depending on how far you are from Windsor. The Pricing page lists which towns fall in each band.
What vehicles do you detail?
Cars, trucks, SUVs and vans at the listed prices. RVs, boats, semis and trailers are quoted by phone.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. Irwin serves customers in both English and Spanish.
How far ahead should I book?
Most vehicles get on the schedule the same week. Weekends fill first, so book early if that is what you need.
What would we charge to come to you?
Enter your address and we will price the travel fee from our Greeley hub. Added once per visit, not per vehicle.
